William Bailey - Formerly Deputy Communications Director, now Russell's Campaign Manager.

Will is the youngest son of Thomas Bailey, Supreme Commander Allied Forces In Europe.
He has a step-sister called Elsie Snuffin.
He was raised manly in Brussels and the rest of Europe.

He was educated at Eton where he was valedictorian.
Will is an Air Force reservist, a First Lieutenant in the JAG corp based at Bowling Air Force Base.
He ran a campaign in Orange County for Horton Wilde. When his candidate died, he carried on with the campaign and his candidate won.
After Sam left the White House, Will was given a three week contract to help write Bartlet's inaugural address.

When Will was made deputy communication director, the rest of the writing staff resigned, forcing Will to use interns to help him (the three Laurens and Cassie).
Will's defection to Bingo Bob has left a huge rift between him and Toby.
He claims not to be afraid of flying, although the evidence points to the contrary.
When he started working at the White House, the staff played jokes on him including pasting Seaborn For Congress posters all over his office and filing the office with bicycles.
